Parents’ Workshops
This is a session of two hours or four hours in an informal setting with about 6-8 other mums. We use NLP techniques to agree a ‘compelling vision’ of what we’d like to get out of the session.
These might be in terms of:
- Skills to manage our state (anger, frustration, sadness, tiredness etc)
- Skills to improve communication with our child or teen
- Skills to motivate our child to improved behaviour or performance at school or in sports
- Gaining confidence to tackle tricky issues at home
- Gaining the confidence to return to work
- Getting rid of guilty feelings about working/not working, getting divorced/ remarried etc
- Being able to ask for what we want in a marriage or relationship
- Standing up to the bully in the family
Each workshop will therefore be slightly different but the NLP skills and techniques will be learnt and participants shown how they can transfer them to their own particular situation.

Kids Workshops
These sessions are two hours long or four hours for teenagers. They are in an informal setting with 4 or 5 teenagers who know each other. We use NLP techniques to agree a ‘compelling vision’ of what we’d like to get out of the session.
These might be in terms of:
- Skills to manage our state (anger, frustration, sadness, tiredness etc)
- Skills to improve communication
- Skills to conquer exam nerves and revision pressure
- Skills to improve behaviour or performance at school or in sports
- Gaining confidence to tackle tricky issues at home or school
- Gaining the confidence for job interviews
- Being able to ask for what we want in a relationship
- Standing up to the bully
- Self belief to counter peer group pressure
Each workshop will therefore be slightly different but the NLP skills and techniques will be learnt and participants shown how they can transfer them to their own particular situation.
