If You Always Do What You’ve Always Done You Will Always Get What You’ve Always Got

If You Always Do What You’ve Always Done You Will Always Get What You’ve Always Got

How often do we as parents say the same things to our child and wonder when they will ever do what we’ve asked? We repeat ourselves and get more annoyed yet perhaps if we used different words, a lower pitch or different body language we would get the result we want.

I’ve started doing parenting workshops and already I’m getting great feedback from mums who attended.

“Have been consciously rephrasing my commands to my daughter over the weekend using more kinaesthetic words and it did have an impact so thanks for that!”

“Thank you very much for such an interesting and helpful session. Not only was the NPL Parenting Workshop thought provoking, I am  delighted to say that the techniques taught actually work!  Through the use of effective communication I can now see that “set in the mould” patterns of behaviour and moods can be changed.  What a relief to get the homework done in calm and  productive manner rather than the usual mayhem!”

In the workshops you will learn about toxic words, visual, auditory and kinaesthetic language and learning patterns, how to match the meta programmes of your child so you communicate in a way they respond to and we talk about limiting beliefs that restrict our options as parents.

The workshops  are great fun and informative and I hold them at your school, place of work, local community centre or toddler group venue. There are two types; the introduction to NLP 2 hour workshop and the Practical NLP workshop that lasts 5 hours.

If you want to have a private session instead these are run at The Sunshine Clinic in Send or The Healthwise Clinic in Burnham or I can come to you or do them over the phone. Call Judy on 01628 660618 to book or enquire about workshop dates.  Judy is an NLP Master Practitioner and Licensed Kids Practitioner.
